We are glad to announce that João Filomena, BioData.pt’s trainee, has defended his MSc thesis "Adaptation of GenoQual pipeline to new upstream applications and to run independently from Galaxy portal" finishing with 19 out of 20!

After a thorough assessment conducted by experts from the Foundation for Science and Technology, in early 2020, BioData.pt was recommended to become a legal entity. Following on that endeavor, we are proud to announce that since May 24th we are a non-for-profit organization.
