About this computational tool

ADOPS is a bioinformatics tool that automatizes the detection of positively selected sites given a set of unaligned nucleotide sequence data.
ADOPS implements a complete workflow that integrates three well-known bioinformatic tools: T-Coffee, MrBayes and Codeml (PAML).
