The “Accessing, Processing, and Curating Datasets” training has successfully concluded. The course was held online on 3rd November 2025 and in person on 17th November 2025. These sessions were organised by BioData.pt within the scope of the GLIM-BioData Research Data Management Centre and conducted by David Palecek from CCMAR, using a Challenge-Based Learning approach.
Participants gained practical skills and insights into effectively accessing, processing, and managing biological datasets. The training included hands-on sessions and interactive discussions, providing valuable experience to support ongoing research and professional development in the life sciences.
