On June 4th, the Assembly of Members and National Coordinators Forum (NCF) of MIRRI-ERIC held a joint meeting with a session focused on "Service Provision in Research Infrastructures."
Special guests Jorge Oliveira from BioData.pt and Davide Di Cioccio from EMBRC - European Marine Biological Resource Centre were invited to share insights from their respective Research Infrastructures. They delved into their Service Delivery Plans, Service Level Agreements, Node Services & Workflows, as well as Key Performance Indicators and Impact Measurement strategies
The session provided a valuable platform for knowledge-sharing and collaboration among Research Infrastructures, aimed at enhancing service provision and fostering impactful research endeavour.
