Last month we launched ELIXIR's PeoplePulse project. This is an ELIXIR Commission Service focused on the area of people development. The main goal of this project is to share best practices and transfer know-how while equipping individuals with the necessary skills to excel in their roles within the ELIXIR community. To meet this ambition, the 5 work packages were designed to support the sharing of successful strategies and approaches across different nodes, ensure that expertise and knowledge are effectively passed on within the organization, and provide the necessary training and tools for staff to excel in their roles within ELIXIR.
With a budget of almost 400k Euros, this project includes 11 nodes, and it is set to last for 30 months, from July 2024 to December 2026. Mariana de Freitas (ELIXIR-PT) and Irena Maus (ELIXIR-DE) are the project coordinators.
