Bruno Costa, a BioData.pt researcher was a poster award winner at All Hands #Elixir19 Meeting, this week in Lisbon

Bruno Costa at All Hands Meeting 2019

This Poster showcases PHENO (brapi.biodata.pt) the Portuguese implementation of BrAPI, which is dedicated to woody plants. PHENO was developed within the scope of the ELIXIR-EXCELERATE - Plant Comunity and BioData.pt plants working group. It provides a means to familiarise researchers with this ELIXIR service, to help their datasets become findable and accessible. Plant phenotyping and linking to genotyping data is paramount to modern plant breeding aiming at increasing plant production under a wide range of environmental conditions. The poster  was considered one of the best among more than 100 hundred posters.
