From May 19 to 22, Gil Poiares-Oliveira and Miguel Cisneiros represented BioData.pt in Tartu, Estonia, at the ELITMa Module 2: Node Data Management Strategy training, organised by the ELIXIR Training Platform. This module was designed to support the development of robust data management strategies within ELIXIR Nodes, helping participants consolidate tools, services, and best practices for effective data stewardship. Delivered by experts from ELIXIR Netherlands and the ELIXIR RDM Community, the training offered a highly productive environment for learning, exchange, and strategic alignment. BioData.pt’s participation highlights Portugal’s ongoing commitment to strengthening data management capacity and interoperability across the life sciences.
