From December 12th to 14th members of the ELIXIR PT team took part in a staff exchange event at the Wageningen University & Research in Wageningen, Netherlands.

From April the 5th to the 7th the 9th RDA Plenary Meeting took place at the Barcelo Sants Hotel, Barcelona, Spain.

On March the 31st the second Fórum de Gestão de Dados de Investigação took place at the Fundação Portuguesa das Comunicações, in Lisbon. ELIXIR PT was represented by four of its members, with Mário J. Silva presenting a short talk on ELIXIR PT.

As part of its communication plan, members of the Elixir Portuguese Node were present at the Bioinformatics Open Days in Braga.

Pedro Fernandes presented an overview on ELIXIR PT, whilst Bruno Costa and João Cardoso promoted the registration of community services in bio.tools.

From March the 20th to the 23rd the second ELIXIR All Hands Meeting took place at the Barceló Aran Mantegna Hotel in Rome.
