Research Fellowship for Master's degree Position

BioData.pt is the national Biological data infrastructure that serves the national tissue, through advanced data management and analysis in bioinformatics, and will be welcoming applications for a Master’s Research Fellowship. The selected candidate will work on the development and maintenance of the web portal CorkOakDB, an omic data management tool, which compiles and enables the visualization of genomic information about cork oak (Quercus suber) in BioData.pt project scope.
