Ability to work in web-based forms and platforms

Must have professional training consistent with the tasks to be developed (ideally a Bachelor’s degree);

Responsibilities
Administrative support to the Association and Board of Directors;
Prepare the minutes of the Board of Directors and General Meeting;
Support in the management and execution of budgets, render accounts, practising and promoting all necessary acts for this purpose;
Carrying out procedures for the acquisition or leasing of goods and services, as well as developing negotiation processes that lead to the rationalisation and reduction of charges;
Support the communication office, assisting in managing our SoMe channels;
Support the Project Manager;
Organise and keep up to date the register and inventory of assets;
Support in event preparation and realisation;
