We are glad to announce our participation in the H2020 project ELIXIR-CONVERGE that was launched last February in Brussels.

This project intends to empower Nodes’ capacity to drive good data management, reproducibility and reuse. Over 36 months and with contributions from ELIXIR national Nodes, ELIXIR-CONVERGE will develop a data management toolkit that will sit at the core core of the project, providing researchers with a strategy to manage life sciences’ large, diverse and distributed datasets.

By connecting ELIXIR Nodes to provide FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) data management as a service, ELIXIR-CONVERGE hopes to build national capacity and create a blueprint for operating sustainable Nodes in distributed research infrastructures.
